SHIPPING/PRICING POLICY

1. Shipping and handling charges apply to all Marketplace orders and are calculated at the time the order is placed.
2. Shipping rates to rural and remote locations in Canada and international orders, not served by ground delivery are assessed on an individual basis. Please contact CHPCA at 1-800-668-2785 ext. 221 for a quote.
3. If you are ordering the Caregiver's Guide: A Handbook About End-of-Life Care (item number 0632E, 0632F, 0633EB, 0633FB, 0634E, 0634F) in conjunction with another item, we would ask that you process two separate orders or an additional shipping charge will apply.
4. When ordering complementary items, shipping and handling fees are applied.

SERVICE

Payment must be included with your order form.  All Marketplace orders are mailed using ground service unless otherwise indicated.  Please allow 4 weeks for delivery of your order.  Please note that CHPCA cannot ship toa P.O. Box address.  There is no invoicing available.
